NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001 (2)(a), the Board of Directors of the Rangeview Metropolitan District (the “District”) may fix, adjust or increase fees, rates, toll, penalties or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the District’s residential and/or commercial property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District. Such action is being considered by the Board of Directors of the District at a public meeting scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2025.
